Sales Factory

Sales Factory · in practice

The practical matters before we start

How we agree on ownership, data use, costs and maintenance, what we measure and how getting started works.

Ownership and data use

What we build sits in your accounts and stays with you.

  • Your accountsEverything is built in your accounts and systems, and customer data stays under your control.
  • PurposesFor each agent we record what the data is used for.
  • AccessWe agree which systems and data each agent can access.
  • RetentionWe agree retention periods for conversations and agent outputs in line with your policies.
  • ProvidersWe use services bought under your contracts. We list every provider and the data it processes.
  • ApprovalsThe agent makes a suggestion and a person approves it. Everything the agents do is logged.
  • Recording noticeWe agree how you tell customers and colleagues that meetings are recorded.

Shared workflows and agreed data use can’t be built on personal AI accounts alone. That’s why we agree on these before the first delivery.

Costs and maintenance

You see the costs directly, and we agree on maintenance before we start.

  • CostsYou pay for model usage and licences directly to the provider. We estimate them before the contract.
  • DocumentationFor every agent we record what it does, what it reads from and who owns it.
  • OwnerWe name an owner on your side for each agent.
  • MaintenanceWe agree on maintenance and who is responsible for it before we start.

Timeline and metrics

We measure the baseline before the first delivery so the impact shows in your own numbers.

Six months, thirteen two-week cycles

First cycle: baseline assessment, plus data sources, integrations and access rights At three months we assess the impact and adjust the priorities for the rest of the programme
Usage · activityIs it used in the work it was built for?
Quality · outputIs the output good enough, and does it make the work easier?
Impact · commercial resultDoes the change show up in the agreed sales metrics?

Getting started

From the first conversation to kick-off in five steps.

1Introduction

We go through your starting point and show what we have built, using demo data.

2Plan

We write a one-page plan: deliveries, metrics and timeline.

3Proposal

We go through the price and data use.

4Contract

We send the contract and a list of the access rights we need.

5Kick-off

We connect the data sources we need and start the first delivery the same week.

Next step

Let’s choose the first step of the work in 45 minutes.

We go through your starting point, show what we have built using demo data, and choose the first step of the work. Then we agree on its content in more detail.
