Questions and answers

Answers to the questions CEOs and sales leaders ask before they start. If something is still open, just ask.

We already have someone doing this

We already have a booking partner doing part of our prospecting. How does this fit?

Sales Factory doesn’t replace your booking partner. The agent prepares every booked meeting for the salesperson: what is known about the company, who decides and what the meeting should achieve. You also see which booked meetings turn into deals, so you can judge the partner’s results in your own numbers. When the partner can use your existing data and signals systematically, it also does better with high-profile contacts.

We have an in-house AI builder. What do you add?

Your AI builder is our counterpart throughout the programme and takes over maintenance. We bring what a one-person project usually lacks: a sales leader’s view of what is worth building, rollout to the whole team, and a management rhythm that tracks results every week.

Our CRM vendor sells its own AI agents. Why not use those?

Use them if they do the job. For each step of the work we choose what works: the CRM’s own agent, another off-the-shelf product or an agent built in your systems. CRM agents work best inside the CRM. We connect them to the salesperson’s day, meaning email, Teams and meetings, and to the ways of working the team uses them with.

We already work with a CRM partner or a consultancy. What’s different?

We don’t deliver a CRM project or a strategy document. Every other week the team gets a new agent or step of the work, and we track whether it is used and whether the agreed number moves. If your salespeople already want to work in the CRM, that’s great. Our aim is to make sure the salesperson’s work happens and gets logged wherever it flows best for them. For some that is the CRM, for others the phone, email or Teams.

Will this work for us

Our salespeople don’t adopt new tools.

The agents work where the salesperson already works: on the phone, in Teams and in email. There is no new system to learn. For every delivery we measure how much of the team uses it weekly, and we fix it before the next one if usage stays low.

Our data is in poor shape.

That is a common starting point. In the first cycle we go through data sources, integrations and access rights, because poor data makes for poor agent output. If customer data is scattered, we start with unified customer data.

Will agents replace salespeople?

No. The agent handles preparation and logging, and the salesperson’s time moves to customers and decisions. The goal is for the same team to get more done.

Will AI-written messages go to customers without review?

No. The agent makes a suggestion, and a person approves it before anything goes to a customer. Everything the agents do is logged.

Data and risk

Where does our customer data go?

Everything is built in your accounts and systems, and we use services bought under your contracts. For each agent we record what the data is used for and which systems it can access, and we list every provider and the data it processes. We agree on data use before the first delivery.

Can we record meetings?

Before we start, we agree how you tell customers and colleagues about recording, and how long conversations and agent outputs are kept in line with your policies.

Cost, ownership and commitment

Do we commit for six months?

No. The programme is planned for six months, but you can stop after the first month.

Who owns this on our side, and where does the cost go?

Usually the CEO or the executive responsible for sales owns the programme, and the cost goes to the sales budget. We agree on the owner, the cost centre and a day-to-day contact before the contract.

What do model usage and licences cost?

It depends on what we build and how many people use it. We estimate the costs before the contract, and you pay them directly to the provider, so you see them on the invoice as they are.

What happens after six months?

Everything we build stays with you, documented: what each agent does, what it reads from and who owns it. We agree on maintenance and who is responsible for it before we start.

How much of our time does this take?

A two-hour weekly workshop, a contact person for day-to-day work and the executive responsible for sales involved. From the team we need usage and feedback in real work.

Next step

Let’s choose the first step of the work in 45 minutes.

We go through your starting point, show what we have built using demo data, and choose the first step of the work. Then we agree on its content in more detail.
