Sales Factory · a programme for CEOs and sales leaders
When agents come into sales, ways of working have to change. We build them around how you sell, so that the results are predictable.
An off-the-shelf agent package isn’t enough. Over a few months we build agents and ways of working for your whole team, based on your offering, your customer data and the way you sell, in your own systems. We start with the changes that do the most for growth.
Same team, two ways of working
- Good ways of working depend on individual salespeople.
- Without shared practices, nobody is sure which customer data can go into which service.
- Leadership can’t see what AI is doing or what it produces.
When sales has to grow and costs have to come down, growth has to come from the same team.
- Growth has stalledThe board expects growth, but there is no room for new hires.
- Another salesperson doesn’t pay for themselvesBought-in meetings delivered less than promised.
- AI is in use, but everyone uses it their own wayThe benefit stays with individual salespeople, and there are no shared rules for handling customer data.
What’s in the programme
What you get
Stages of the sales process
Agents and ways of working for every stage of sales, and a number we track at each one.
With today’s ways of working, you won’t get the most out of agents. So at every stage we build both the agents and the ways of working the team uses them with. A new delivery arrives every other week, and we choose together what to build and in what order.
Targeting
Who you sell to and how you stand out
- ICP scoringEvery target company gets a score that prospecting, messages and prioritisation all use.
- Target customer and positioningWe decide in workshops who you sell to and how you stand out, and write it down in a form the agents use.
- A target for each sales motionNew business, existing customers and partners each have their own target.
Booking customer conversations
Who to contact and when
- Signals and prospect researchHiring, role changes and funding show where a need is emerging. The agent researches the company and the decision-maker.
- Opening messagesReady every morning, written from the signal and your positioning.
- The morning listEach salesperson starts the day from a list of companies where now is the right time to get in touch.
- Outreach rhythmEmail, LinkedIn and phone in one rhythm, and the contact goes to whoever has the strongest relationship with the company.
Conversations and deals
Preparation, notes and proposals
- Meeting prepThe evening before: what has been discussed with the customer, who decides and what the goal is.
- Notes and CRM updateReady for review right after the meeting.
- Proposal draftBuilt from the needs the customer described, with gaps flagged.
- Coaching observationsThe agent reads the transcript and notes what moved forward and what went unasked.
- Stages and criteriaA deal moves to the next stage when the agreed criteria are met.
- Talk tracks and objectionsWe build them from your own won conversations, and a new salesperson has them on day one.
- CoachingThe manager goes through the observations with the salesperson and coaches on the recurring gaps.
Existing customers
Growth with a plan
- Cross-sellingA need the customer mentioned becomes a task for the person whose target the deal counts towards: who said what, and when.
- Plan updatesThe agent keeps account plans up to date from conversations.
- Account plansA plan for each key account: decision-makers, goals and next steps.
- Growth target per customerYou see in advance which customers next year’s growth depends on.
- Ownership of new needsWe agree who each type of need goes to and whose target the deal counts towards.
Leadership
Across the whole chain
- Deal healthThe agent scores every deal weekly, and stalled deals show up before the meeting.
- Meeting prep for leadersThe agent prepares the agenda and figures for the weekly sales meeting and the monthly management review.
- Management rhythmSales has a weekly meeting and the management team a monthly review, both with the same metrics.
- Shared definitionsEvery metric has one definition.
- Time useCustomer time goes into the calendar first.
Selling, data and leadership
How your work changes
From preparation to decisions
A salesperson’s time moves from preparation to customers and decisions.
An agent handles one defined step of the work using agreed data. The salesperson checks and decides where they already work: on the phone, in Teams or in email. The CRM updates in the background.
Putting your customer data to work
One customer conversation feeds the proposal, coaching, cross-selling and marketing.
Everyone else has the same AI. Your customer data, and the way you make decisions with it, are where you build your own advantage.
Fictional meeting · transcribed
Customer conversation
Customer: “Our forecast comes out of Excel, and it’s late every quarter.”
Customer: “Customer service is drowning in requests, but that’s in their budget.”
Salesperson: “Who makes the final call on this?”
Checked and added to the account
The agent prepares a suggestion and flags missing information. A person checks it, decides and replies to the customer.
Leadership’s Monday
In the sales meeting, time goes to decisions when the data is already there.
Agents prepare the figures, the basis for the forecast and the stalled deals, all with the same definitions. Managers get coaching observations from real conversations.

Why work with us
We combine sales leadership, agent building and hands-on sales execution.
We start with what slows growth the most
We look at your sales through a sales leader’s eyes. Together we choose the step of the work where a change does the most for growth, and agree which number the change should move.
We build the agents for the way you sell
Each agent reads your customer data, writes from your offering and follows the stages of your sales process.
We take the change all the way into the team’s week
A new way of working only works once the team uses it every week. We roll out every delivery in real work, track usage and fix things based on the team’s feedback before the next delivery.
Everything we build stays with you
We build the agents and workflows in your accounts and systems and document each one. We agree on data use and maintenance before we start.
At Sevendos, the results came from shared ways of working and only light use of AI.
